All Clad makes very good pans. I would recommend using pads between your stacked non stick pans to protect the finish. I really give this 4.5 stars because I wish the rivets for the handle were not inside the cooking surface, but almost all pans have riveted handles. It makes it harder to keep clean. Read more

My only criticism is that they are very light, which makes them feel like bargain brand, big box store cookware but they are NOT. They are designed to be efficient quality cookware. These are worth the money you are considering spending! NO nonstick pan is designed to be lifetime or heirloom cookware. These are great pans but you have to treat them right. Medium high heat on any type of stovetop. Hand wash. Don't use metal utensils and don't put them in the dishwasher. Functions wonderful in the oven. If you take care of these, you can expect 4-5 solid years of use. For people who are serious about cooking, I always recommend learning to use cast iron, carbon steel cookware and of course All-Clad Stainless Steel. I have high end All-Clad stainless steel cookware that I am passing on to my adult son, who will pass to his children. Quality cookware is a family legacy. Read more

I know the All Clad cookware runs on the expensive side so I hesitated a few days before purchasing this. It is well worth its price. Even heating all around and completely non stick by itself. Try to not let my husband use my better cookware but he got hold of this before I could stop him and he too loves it. With its excellent quality I don’t think he’ll be able to ruin this one. Very happy with this purchase. Read more

We had this pan for a long time and it did work well for a while. However, as expected the nonstick started to suffer and it started to flake a bit. We reached out to all-clad hoping to take advantage of the "lifetime" warranty and of course they told us that we used the pan at too high a heat so they cannot replace the pan since it's our fault. We were careful to follow the instructions for use and stayed within the recommended use instructions. We did not ever put it in a dishwasher, or anything like that. I bought the pan in 2021, so it did last almost 3 years before we had to reach out but it wasn't really better than any other nonstick pan. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend buying this product for brand support. Read more

All-Clad products scream quality. In case you don’t know the difference between D3, D5 and copper core… the D3 heats up fast with only 3 layers, which is excellent for quick searing. It does t not mean it has less quality. It’s cheaper because it has less layers, therefore cheaper to produce. The D5 has 5 layers, still excellent quality and good for those who are more novice cooks. The copper core is quick and easier to control temperature of the pots/pans. Truly, top of the line. All that said, I LOVE the 8” pan. Excellent for omelettes, quick searing small cuts of meat, sautéing and more. Albeit it pricey, these pans out perform other brands I’ve tried. Read more

Solid pan, nothing even comes close to sticking and I appreciate the safer non-stick coating they're developing these days. The true test in any non-stick coating is durability, food safe coatings and cooking eggs, and they slip right off this pan, oil or no oil. Especially like this pan for re-heating left-over food, great distribution of heat across this giant pan on my average size oven. It's pricey but you get what you pay for with All-Clad. Read more
