I purchased this dog toy hoping it would keep my dog entertained and engaged, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. The first one I received only worked for about an hour before completely stopping. I decided to give it another chance and ordered a second one, hoping it was just a fluke. Unfortunately, the second one lasted even shorter—only 30 minutes—before completely ceasing to function. It no longer vibrates, rotates, or interacts in any way. Even when fully charged, the toy barely lights up and doesn’t do anything useful. This is a terrible product, and I’m genuinely shocked by the positive reviews. My dog absolutely loves this. He’s able to play on his own, but he still likes when we toss the ball for him. It’s a very hard, durable ball. My only complaint is that we have hard floors so it can be a bit noisy when it’s turned on and moving around on the floor.
