Hotel toiletries
I like to travel and decided to pick up this box of hotel style toiletries (I also gave some away to other family members in the household). You get 30 sets of 5 different toiletries (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion). The scent is light and pleasant and the whole kit seems to be okay in getting me clean. Nice assortment of products with a pleasant light aroma. Not amazing, but it works. Great size for travel, or to provide products to B&B, or for self-care kits for those in need. As mentioned, "These pre-packaged travel size toiletry kits would be good donation for hurricane evacuees, homeless shelters, blessing bags, non-profit groups, churches, and schools. Help those people in need and make a true impact". I had done this more recently with Helene. I ordered boxes of products like this for dispersement in affected areas. The quality and effectiveness is plenty nice enough. I am picky on scents, and I appreciate that this isnt too strong, and is most likely doable for most people. 150 pieces for $36 is $0.24 per item. I like the lotion for putting all around the house, and the bar soap for option for use at sink. The lotion absorbs well yet doesnt feel too watery nor too heavy. That can be a tough one to get right, and I think this is pretty good. I am texturally sensitive, and hand lotion is a tricky one for me. This isnt my fave, but it is something I dont mind using, and definitely have used every day since acquiring. Shampoo and conditioner are middle of road. Not too moisturizing, not stripping of hair either. Occasional use for my long wavy curly hair that leans dry. I would have no problem packing this if I traveled. I dont often use bath/shower gels. It's a fine product and works as intended. Not drying, but your experience may vary. Each type is boxed individually in one big box. (so five smaller boxes). Main take away is that these work, are pleasant enough in a neutral way, and there have been no surprised with this set. I'm going with 5 stars. Read more
