I have bought five different types of braces for my de Quervains Tenosynovitis and multiple longitudinal tears in both the tendons leading from my thumb to my wrist, in both hands. None of them have been worth a hoot. This one however, is THE one and I'm buying one for the right side. The other ones didn't provide enough mobilization of my thumb and covered the majority of my palm. This one barely covers my palm, which keeps things cleaner and more sanitary. It has two metal supports along side the thumb that keeps it from moving. This allows me to use my hand without hurting or damaging my wrist. I also love the material. It's more like a sports type of fabric. It's not thick and doesn't hold moisture in, like the others. The others lead to sweaty palms and they need to be washed daily to prevent smell. This one just needs wiped off or rinsed and it drys quickly. The pull tab makes it simple to take on and off, another plus!! I also like the rubber piece on the palm area. Another big plus for me is that I am very tiny. I have very small wrists and it's challenging to find the correct fit, even when ordering a small. All of the other ones left a gap that allowed my thumb to move. They also went too far up my forearm. This one fits perfectly on my tiny wrists and hands. It hits just enough below the wrist to keep it immobile. It's very comfortable to wear. All of this has lead to less pain and more hand mobility. So I'm giving this one a five star rating!!! This wrist brace is really good at stabilizing your wrist and thumb. I actually wore this brace to sleep and It helped ease some of my pain by the morning. The quality of this brace is top notch all around. It's pretty solid and the velcro really sticks and from the looks of it this brace should last for years. If you suffer from carpal tunnel like I do, this brace will help. Read more
The brace itself seems to help with support to my wrist and lower thumb, exactly where the pain is. My only critique, is that the wrist strap gets uncomfortable after a few hours, due to the design. The material creases under the Velcro closure, causing the discomfort. If the material was made from a softer source, it might not bind up as bad. Overall, it works, for a good price. Read more

Amazing product! I have suffered the past year with pain to both Right and Left hands at the thumb/wrist joint. This brace has been a lifesaver for me. I am a goer and doer....always on the move. Wearing these braces (I have both left and right) I can still do a large majority of daily activities. These give you the freedom to type, move around, yet maintain the stability in the joint that is being immobilized. The other perk is the color and style. The pink accents in these make them so cute. This lasted about 7-8 months before the metal broke in two. The metal is also poking out of the top. I didn't use it daily, but maybe on average 3-4 days per week. It fits well and is easy to adjust, but has a little more flexibility in the wrist than I'd like, causing the thumb to be able to move some. Read more
Great wrist band for your hand. I was getting a lot of pain caused from my job and it made it hard to sleep. Every time I would use the wrist band it would ease the pain and help my hand feel better! Read more
Have tried Multiple thumb braces. This so easy to put on 2 straps to start along with adjusting pressure, comfortable after initial application only 1 adjusting strap 1 n done wear all day, will purchase more and recommend to friends. Read more
