Personally, I'm a sucker for a lighter that doubles as a cigar rest, so that feature was an instant hit for me. The fuel chamber seems to hold a good bit of butane, which is always a plus. I've been using this for the past week and I'm impressed. At first I was concerned about the weight of the lighter because of the size but it's actually very light. I have no problem carrying it in my pant pocket. It has a very sharp V cut and on the plus it has a tank window so you can see how much fluid you have left inside. I was wondering about the stability of using the cigar holder/rest seeing that it stands on top of the lighter but because of the lighter size is quite stable to use as a cigar rest. The Jets are angled towards each other to provide a nice pointed flame, which makes it nice for precision touch-ups on your cigar. The ignition switch is very smooth and has never misfired. The lighter is strong and hot, perfect for lighting (and re-lighting) cigars. I also love the cigar holder on the top. The cigar cutter leaves a little to be desired though, as it appears to be a cheap plastic instead of metal. It does cut cigars with a nice notch, but I think it might break after a short while. I bought this because I thought it looked like a fancy desktop lighter. I was pleasantly surprised by the versatility of this lighter. It has a nice deep V cutter (although I do prefer a straight cutter) that I found cuts everything from a small 38 ring gauge cigar all the way to a 60 ring gauge Gordo. It has a very large tank inside the lighter, I have filled this lighter once and have used it more then 30 times to smoke without having to refill. Even with a full tank of butane this lighter isn't overly heavy. Can be used as a daily carry lighter and not just a desktop. The action is smooth while lighting and lights consistently.
