Efficient and strong but inexpensive. Good deal

I smoke cigars and buy butane lighters regularly. This one is a nice design and you don’t need more than 2 torches, the others just waste gas. You may want to select the extension tip, from the cap of your butane fuel can, that fits the fill point properly if gas is not getting into the tank from the original nozzle. The trigger mechanism is what goes first on these and this one has a sturdy set up so that’s promising. The cigar cutter is high functioning and quite clever. The quality is above the price and that means it’s a good purchase. Read more

nice wood look, elegant, combo lighter and cutter

This is my second Honest brand lighter, a very elegant-looking lighter, aluminum with wood-grain look, and it matches my other one of this brand very well (see my photos). My favorite cut is the V-cut, so having that cutter built-in to my lighter is a huge plus. When you use the v-cutter, just pull it down, insert the cigar, and the cut off part falls away from the lighter through the middle. This lighter is a dual torch, so it does a decent job of lighting most cigars, even in the wind (a torch works a lot better than a lighter fluid lighter does in the wind). The only thing I do not like is the very small recessed adjustment knob, as it requires a small screwdriver (or tip like one) to adjust the flame, so I have to do that at home or always carry a screwdriver with me. I like the wood look, which is very elegant, but since the lighter really is metal, the wood look never degrades. At less than $20 for an elegant lighter that has a built-in cutter, this lighter is a good buy for every cigar smoker. Read more
