Easy to install and a vast improvement over my cheap outdoor camera before! The clarity is really impressive. They were so easy to set up and work even on my really terrible rural Wi-Fi. Years ago I tried adding cameras and the upload speeds where I’m at where too slow for them to work correctly. These are great and have no problems. The app is easy to navigate, they work well in most light, and the movement detection is much more accurate than my last camera. Bought at a great price during the 2025 holidays, these cameras have exceeded my expectations in quality and ease of setup. I use the SD card feature for event recording and appreciate the flexibility of enabling/disabling individual units. The notification system works perfectly, and overall, I am very pleased with the performance. The picture quality is ok, you can see during day and night. I feel safer by knowing what's around me. System works great! I don't have a subscription so wanted this system to be able to keep recordings on the hub. My outdoor cams are on trees on the other side of my sidewalk pointing at the front of the house, and near a neighbor's fence in the back pointing at the house. Image quality is perfectly acceptable. So easy to install. Just mount the brackets to something with some screws and you are ready to go. I can monitor my front door, side yard, and back yard with these. After the free trial period for the app runs out, you can put a microSD card in it and still have your clips saved locally. I couldn't give this a zero so here we are. My whole thing with technology is that it should just work and well enough. This doesn't work its got to be one of the fickle pieces of equipment I have ever purchased and I didn't have to pay for it so I am doubly insulted. Between the software and the hardware I am not sure where the disconnect exists but neither is impressive. For 200 plus asking price it should work 10x better than my $20 wired cam. Live view doesn't work it takes forever to get images to update motion detection either doesn't work or pinging every 5 seconds at 2 squirrels humping a mile away.
