I am 5’4 bought these in a size medium when I weighed 190 pounds, and they fit comfortably. Now that I've lost weight and am down to 175 pounds, I think I can opt for a small size since they seem to run a bit large. The material is super stretchy, unfortunately, my current pair ripped due to frequent washing on a regular cycle instead of gentle, which I knew I should have done. Despite that, I'm impressed with the tummy control they provide on the belly area feels snug without rolling down. I'd definitely be repurchasing these soon and will update my review. I am in the process of losing weight and am finding it difficult to find non grandma themed panties for my size. I had hoped these would have worked and sadly they don’t. I’ve had kids, a hystarectomy and belly fat. They fit nicely i am a size 12/14 in tierra & sky products and bought these in a medium. I like my panties snug. They don’t stay in place. They ride up in the front on the sides to go above the lower belly fat making it peek out underneath. So the coverage isn’t big enough in the front. They are very comfy to wear around the house and no one is seeing that little sightly issue. The quality seems good and you can’t tell there is any cotton content. They are silky smooth feeling like leggings. For reference, i am 5’6” 240lbs and wear size 12/14. Read more
Pros: the fabric is really nice, they are invisible, there’s a thicker layer of fabric in the groin area, they compress your tummy a bit. Cons: they ride up! At first I ordered my true size and they rode up over and over. So I ordered a size down and they fit nice but still ride up! You will have a front wedgy! Overall I think they are a good price, and I tried to really like them. But I can’t handle the ride up! Read more
