I'm happy with this purchase. Color is Blue. Size Median for waist 29. I'm usually a size 6. Came in wrinkled and I pressed it with an iron. Before pressing, turn skirt inside out and then placed a cloth on top of it, wool/silk setting. The hem was too long and I hemmed it. I'm surprised to hear how many people return an item because it's to long. Hemming is so easy to learn. I'm satisfied with the Faux Sued Skirt for the price. Read more

Runs a little large but looks & feels nice

This is not a high quality or expensive skirt. The fabric is thin and cheap but from a distance, it LOOKS like suede and it looks good. The buttons and front pockets are all fake, none of them can be fastened or unfastened but the buttons look nice, are a conservative flat silver that isn't gaudy or old-lady-ish, and the pocket flaps add a very attractive classic and finished look. I would say the size runs large considering I ordered an xs and it fit like a roomy small, not an xs. If you are very thin around the waist and hips, definitely size down, even if you don't want a tight fit. I have wide hips for my weight and this had ample room all around my lower half even in the smallest size available. Side zipper is good quality and zips smoothly. Length is well below the knee on my 5'6" frame. No slit but decent stride room. Read more

Low quality zipper!

Wimpy zipper with no button or hook to help support it! I would not trust the zipper to last one day so I will be modifying it before I dare wear it. Basic style is ok for the office for cool weather and the fabric doesn't look like it will wrinkle a lot. Were it not for the zipper, I'd have rated it a bit higher. Read more
