I’m 5’10 190lbs and wear a 12/14. My waist measures bigger than the size chart but the L fits perfectly. I have a high waist and often have to wear things low towards my hips to get the length/rise right. This skirt fits my actual waist (so no muffin top — nice smooth silhouette) and the length is short but functional (there is a generous slit in back). The denim I got is fairly thin (wouldn’t call it “thick” like other reviewers) and there is a noticeable amount of stretch. Seems to keep its shape but haven’t worn for long spells yet. Took one star off because there’s a packaging wrinkle that remained after a wash… think the fabric may be prone to holding creases, but it works with the distressed nature of the style. Im 50 and this skirt feels fresh and sexy, but not trying to be a 20-something Abercromb!e scrap of fabric skirt. I’m considering purchasing a second in another color. Read more
