These boots check 3 priority boxes for me- cute, comfy and cexy(sexy)!!!! lol, I had to keep the "C" theme.🤗 The material( and the boots) are inexpensive, so I'm not sure why anyone would have any other expectations. I could pull these on without using the zipper, plenty of room for my calves yet there is enough structure that the boots stay over knees. I’m 5’5, 163 pound, size 7. True to size. My outfit to see Taylor Swift in Toronto was the red and black sequined All Too Well coat and romper. Taylor wears this with glitter loafers but I wanted a sexier-looking shoe, so I ordered these boots in my normal size 6. While the 6 fit okay with just pantyhose, once I decided I should probably wear socks and insert padded insoles, the 6 was too tight. So I went up to the 7. I have pretty skinny calves and thighs — many knee high boots look sloppy on me, but the 6 fit my legs great, so I was worried that the 7 would fit my legs too loose, but they were also a really great fit (but makes me skeptical how these would fit anyone with legs that are larger than average). The sparkles at the top openings also snagged my pantyhose badly so I added 1-inch wide adhesive felt strips (for furniture) all around the inside of the leg openings. The main reason I took a star off was because of the lack of comfort. I wore 2 pairs of thin socks and padded insoles and my feet were in agony by the end of the night. I put the boots on around 2pm. Taylor went on just before 8pm and I took them off and danced in my socks for most of the 3 hours she played. But the damage from the previous hours was done — my feet still hurt when I put the boots back on and the 2-block walk to get an Uber was torture. I took them off again after 1 block and walked in my socks. I will have to put thicker insoles in the next time I wear these or not wear them for as long. Read more
