Allegra K Womens Platform Chunky Heel Lace Up Booties

I will never not love Jeffrey Campbell-inspired booties. These are cute, super walkable, and great for people who want to wear heels but maybe are a little on the clumsy side. I have noticed some wear on the toe box, but it's superficial and maybe I shouldn't have been walking through mud, haha. Would recommend these superb cuties to anyone. My little sister is always trying to steal them, and since her feet are a little bigger than mine I have to always be on guard. They do run a little large, I circumvented this by wearing a pair of no-show socks over my tights. I can wear them for hours, and never get sore or pinched. They are FANTASTIC. Read more

They fit me perfectly! I just got them today and tried them on, did some jumping and running around and they weren’t rubbing my ankles or hurting, it doesn’t feel like I need to “break them in” or anything which is so nice! The only issue is there is no tread on the bottom so very slippery. I read that in some other reviews before I purchased though, so I just ordered some tread sticker things to put on the bottoms. I where a size 8, so I bought a size 8. They were too small, really narrow and my toes hit tips. So I reordered and got a 9. They fit! A lot more comfortable, even tho they’re probably a half size too big! They’re for a costume party and I’m wearing them with ruffle socks and fishnets so I think they’ll be just fine. Also, I’ve been wearing them for hours around the house to break them in and they’re surprisingly comfortable. The heel is crazy high but the ball/toes are also on a platform so they’re not as high as they look. I love them and they’ll look great for my costume. Def recommend, bower maybe size up? Read more

This is not a *terrible* shoe, truly. They’re really cute, but they do have a couple of issues. The heel collar (the part that holds the heel of your foot) is a bit too short and so the foot easily slips out. Also, the heel of the shoe is VERY slippery hard plastic, even after multiple times wearing and scuffing, it’s almost like being on ice skate. 😬 Read more
