I tend to be caught between sizes so I knew going in this might not work, but I followed the sizing guide and ordered the Large based on my 38 chest. Unfortunately it's getting returned. It fit in some places but not others. I have short arms, and the sleeve length was great, and the back worked... if I stood still. I know it's not meant to close in the front, but there was TOO much of a gap and only served to draw attention to the fact I'm not exactly flat chested. (If you're like the model, you'll be fine.) And if I tried to lift my arms even a little it felt like the shoulder blade seam was going to pop. So bottom line is, it's a beautiful jacket and I reordered the X-Large so I hope that one fits! I read the previous reviews before I bought it and in regard to the sparkle, I don't think it's overwhelming. It might not be super appropriate for a stuffy strict day job, so it depends on your office culture, but I plan to wear it for some work events I have in the evening and it will be perfect. Read more
