This is a perfect office jacket, though runs a bit small. I recommend sizing up. I love it so much that I bought it in multiple colors. It is lightweight and looks amazing with a thin shell underneath. The length is great as it hits at the top of the hip. The picture does a great job depicting the jacket as it is realistically. I’m 4’11” and 155lb. My shoulders are wide. Large fit okay., but a little constricted around the shoulders. Ordered XL. Perfect look and feel around the shoulders. Sleeves are a little long, but nothing sewing can’t fix. Jacket length comes down to hips, which is good. Overall still professional, clean appearance and no swallowed look from sizing up.
