My eye doctor recommended these drops for me at bedtime. They helped my eye become more moist, felt better, and didn't cause any problems with my vision. Gel form, so it didn't drain out of my eye instantly. No burning. Soothing. Helped me with dry eye, too much screen time. Now, I keep it in my nightstand. Read more

I started using this at night. It keeps my eyes feeling fresh. I don't have bad dry eye, but this helps regardless. I recommend hydration before bed as well. This product has also been hard to find, possibly discontinued as well. I can't imagine why they'd be out of stock. I've also tried Systane nighttime, but I don't see a difference between them. Same base ingredients, just different amounts. I do like the tubing on this product better, however, as it is easier to squeeze out. Read more

Eye ointment is not pleasant in any conceivable way but when you need it you deal with it. This brand works well and stays effective all night depending on how much is applied. My doctor suggested using more than the package indicates so it uses up pretty quickly. I think the price is fair, retail stores are more. Worth trying if dealing with dry eyes. No burning or stinging. I put Relieva drops in, ointment, then straight to bed. Eyes are greasy in the morning, use a gentle cleanser. Also, use a pillow case you don’t mind getting it on. Read more

Recent prices on Amazon are ridiculous—I’ve gone back to purchasing at my pharmacy. I’m a 33-year user of preservative-free eye ointment at the rate of 3-4 tubes per month, so I have lots of experience, and price is important. This is the best product I’ve ever been able to purchase. The deciding feature for me is the narrower tip (compared competitor’s products) that allows better control. I am happy to pay a little more for this feature because it allows me to dispense just the right amount. When I use a competing product, the fat tips cause my usage rate goes up by 1 tube per month and consequently I have more trouble with blurry vision. When I buy at the pharmacy, this brand comes with a $2 coupon that puts them back into the same price ballpark as the competition. BTW Don’t confuse this product with Lacrilube. The packages are very similar. Lacrilube is not preservative-free, and if your eyes are sensitive to preservatives (quite common, I believe), the cure is worse than the disease. Read more

At my Dr's recommendation, I use this every night to help my dry eyes recover and not be too dry the next day. I have also used a small amount in my eyes after flying to take a short nap to help my eyes recover from the painfully dry airplane air. I do find I need to rest with my eyes closed for at least an hour to allow this product time to dissipate. Read more

i use refresh pm all the time but the package i received looked like it went through a smasher machine. this product is fabulous for your eyes, but I couldn’t use any of the four because they were so smashed. Even the tubes were damaged so I couldn’t even use them. Read more

I waited for this delivery for 2 weeks, and when it arrived, the box had been opened and resealed. For eye products that inspires absolutely no confidence that the product is safe to use. Read more
