These soothing, liquid-filled swabs were put to the test this weekend when I received my order, and I can see they’re going to be a convenient tool in my makeup arsenal! I’ve needed a product like this every time I “messed up” in my makeup application and then realized I had nothing at hand to correct my mistake. Playing around with these, I discovered they can take off eyeliner (a slightly crooked portion or the entire line!) without disturbing my already applied mascara. Yay! And speaking of mascara, Tipp Off easily wiped away any under-eye flakes I had at the end of the day. Just snap off one end and start correcting with the other! I plan on keeping a pack in my makeup drawer and another in my bag for on-the-go to touch ups. These worked pretty well at removing eye makeup from around your eyes. My only kind of burns the skin. That worries me, and since I don’t know much about skin care, I don’t know if this is a problem or not. I recommend having another cotton pad handy to do a final wipe around your eye and remove any lingering.. the cotton swab end of this just can’t get it all Read more

Have had these in the past and love. I like that you just snap it on end and then it releases the make up remover and runs to the other side of the Q-tip for use.
