This is a really cute, lightweight crochet cover-up and I think it’s going to be perfect for the beach or pool. The pattern is beautiful and it covers just enough while still feeling breezy and summery. I ordered a medium, and in hindsight, I probably should have gone with a small. It’s not huge, but it is a bit drapier than intended. You can tell the design is meant to skim/fit the body, but on me it hangs looser and reads more relaxed than fitted. Still flattering, just not as streamlined and form-flattering as I would normally like. For reference, I’m 5'10", about 155 lbs, with a long torso and long arms. Length-wise, this is great, plenty long, no issues there at all. If you’re tall and worried about it being too short, I don’t think that will be a problem. I normally wear a medium, but in this case, I do think sizing down would have given a slightly more flattering fit. One small detail I noticed is the neckline. Mine looks a little different than some of the product images. The crochet circle detail at the top center of the chest appears thinner on mine and doesn’t feel quite as substantial as what’s shown online. It’s probably fine and likely won’t unravel, but it’s one of those small details that caught my eye. Color-wise, I ordered the beige, and it’s interesting...depending on the lighting, it seems to shifts. Sometimes it reads clearly beige, other times it leans more light peach. In natural light it feels more beige, but once on, it can pull peachy. Either way, it’s a very pretty, warm neutral. At under $25, I think it’s worth it if you’re looking for something simple and pretty. If I had ordered the smaller size, I’d be even happier with it, and if I saw it in a store for this price in the right size, I’d definitely consider grabbing it. Read more

This is a really cute beach cover up dress that looks great over almost any swimsuit. As a middle-aged woman who still enjoys time on the beach, this is a great piece to add to my wardrobe. I was afraid this might feel stiff, scratchy, and itchy, but it isn't at all. The material is comfortable, lightweight, and breathable. It feels smooth against the skin and doesn't cause itchiness or irritation like some crochet or woven garments can do. This crochet knit dress is true to size and fits great. It's short, but it isn't too short. It fits well across the chest and hips. It is not skin tight but drapes nicely across the body for a beachy, sexy, casual look. The straps are very thin, which is by design since this is specifically intended to be worn as a spaghetti strap style dress. The spaghetti straps look great, and the overall cut of the dress is very flattering, but I am concerned about the weight of the dress pulling too much and putting too much pressure on the straps, thus stretching them down too much or ripping over time. I do not see any signs of damage or any extreme signs of wear/stretching/pulling, so maybe the straps will hold up over time. They seem to be durable enough to hold up with wear so far, but I gave four stars because I do think that the straps could have been reinforced or made slightly thicker/more durable. Overall, this cover-up dress is beautiful, feminine, flattering, and well-made. It is soft and comfortable. The craftsmanship make this dress a wearable work of art.
