Allsop Comfortbead Wrist Rest -Mouse Black

I bought this to replace a similar bean bag I had for years. In between I tried gel and "memory foam" wrist rests. Both were encased in thick plasic which was not very comfortable, or giving, got tacky in the heat, and the gel leaked, The memory foam wause it was encased in thick plastic. Both were pretty cheesy looking too. While this wrist rest is not much to look at, it is not glaringly awful. It also conforms well to your body and provides good support. While the fabric does not feel too durable I have been using it without any kind of problem, and would happily replace it with another of the same if it wore out or broke. It is not very expensive and is the best solution I have found. I personally find it more comfortable than any other type I have tried. I do not have wrist strain or cramps even after hours at my computer. I have arthritis and this helps a great deal. Read more

Really comfortable wrist rest. I use it vertically as well as horizontal. Great size too. I got the small one that fits my small desk and doesn’t take up alot of space. Read more

My favorite mouse/wrist rest, very comfortable and I love how they conform to your wrist. The down side is I have had issue with once you use them for a bit the plastic beads start to wear though the fabric near the seams and you need to sew the holes closed or it starts leaking the beads. I had a bean bag mouse support pad for years. I had to sew it up multiple times when it sprang leaks and I finally decided to replace it. I picked this one because reviews said it wasn't fully packed and that's what I wanted. My old mouse support pad was loosely packed and soft on my wrist. I don't know what the other reviewers were talking about because this bean bag is pretty fully packed and hard on my wrist. It actually hurts my wrist. I am trying to stretch the fabric to give myself a softer support. I give it 3 stars because it is well made and as described - except for being too hard. Read more

I purchased this to alleviate wrist and hand pain when using the computer mouse. I was pleasantly surprised that my pain completely went away after using this for about one week. I also have the longer keyboard version of this and together they have improved my quality of work at my desk.
