This is the only eyeliner I use! It never smudges and it creates a perfect, thin and neat cat eye (thicker too, if that's what you like). I hope they never stop making it. Be prepared to have a good make up remover handy. Don't rub your eye. Just hold cotton round with make up remover on it or make up removing wipe , on your lined eye for about 30 seconds, and then wipe! It will come off a lot easier and that way your not stretching and pulling the skin around your eye trying to rub it off. I personally like using argan oil or jojoba oil to remove my make up. For real tough to remove make up I have make up removing wipes handy. This eyeliner is an Awesome price! Not dried out either, seems fresh.
