This Almay eyeliner in Black Raisin color is my favorite eyeliner! I’ve been buying this same one for years. I have blonde hair and green eyes and had been looking for the best shades for my eye color and found this was recommended. This is a gorgeous eyeliner, in a tasteful plum/blackberry shade. My eyes are very sensitive to many eyeliners, so I cautiously tested this one out one day while I was just staying home. Happily, I had no allergic reaction or sensitivity at all! The shade looked beautiful and I think it makes my blue eyes look more blue. This hue would look equally beautiful with green or hazel eyes, and certainly with brown eyes, too. The eyeliner can be applied both very subtly for daytime wear, or intensified with a heavier application for a more dramatic look. I have worn it by itself with just mascara, and also with eyeshadow; it looks lovely either way. The wear-time is quite good, at least eight hours (I haven’t worn it longer than that yet), and it looked just as pretty when it came time to remove it. I use Albolene emulsifying cleanser, and it easily removed the eyeliner with no tugging or rubbing. I plan to soon purchase a couple extras to have in my stash. I tend to frequently experience the misfortune of having my favorite products discontinued. Read more

I was super excited to find this online since it's very hard to find in stores now a days and especially for the price. All the great reviews made me think it would be a great buy. I bought 2, they are both rough putting on and NOT smooth. They do irritate my eyes a little bit but ultimately, they do what they need to do. Not the best, but ok. Read more
