This gel is amazing!!! I use it as a natural burn ointment for a minor burn/scrape I suffered under my armpits. I broke my nose too! I slid across the concrete in my backyard while retrieving a soccer ball. The ball had ventured over to the concrete and I was dribbling it back to the grassy area when I fell...HARD! I have very sensitive skin, and this didn't irritate me at all. It's nice and hydrating and doesn't remain sticky on the skin once it absorbs. I'm also very sensitive to scents, and this is quite nice; it smells like aloe, but isn't too strong and dissipates after rubbing in so it's not aggressive.
