This is the first tanning spray I bought, it is dry, not oily, your skin soaks it right up but it does work. It helped me get my base tan in just fine. I would say you need something else to break the plateau barrier which I did use another product for that. This is not a sunscreen, it does not say dark tanning oil for nothing.
