I like the sweater enough to keep it --soft, warm, good fit, nice design/color. The zipper however is inferior, too lightweight. It got stuck first time I tried unzipping/zipping up. It's still stuck, after taking much time and effort to correct. Also, the threads at ends of stitching on both sides of the zipper at bottom edge of sweater were left loose and coming undone. I will have to remove it and spend more money and time installing a better one. RAYMIS would be well advised to charge a bit more for this sweater and have a heavier duty zipper sewn in more securely at the factory. Read more

The product itself as far as craftsmanship, quality and authenticity is all five stars. It's a beautiful sweater and truly alpaca soft. I ordered a medium which fits fine as long as a wear a relatively thick layer underneath. I would probably order a small next time around. The only reason I took away one star was because I ordered the sweater in brown and it is much, much darker in color than pictured. Also, it is not even the same color pattern as the one shown onscreen. Clearly, the brown color pattern shown onscreen has black llamas. The one I received has dark gold llamas against a very dark background so that the llama motif doesn't even show up. It was pretty disappointing considering the price. I realize these are handmade items which could account for any variances but there was nothing stated in the description that items received might differ slightly from items shown. I was wanting to order another one in a different color but now I'm worried it will be a completely different color background/pattern than what is shown. I purchased from this specific company because it is a Fair Trade company and I've been doing volunteer work for several years of a Fair Trade company. Read more
