First time I ever used a waterblock from "Alphacool" and I have to say it's overall design is slick and good on the hand, but overkill for mid-range card like 9070XT which is really good, on stock load I get max temp 41°c, on a heavy overclock load around 47°C , block takes advantage every part of the PCB with quality thermalpad both front & back, I can't tell you how much I love this little guy it packs a punch in cooling performance while looking good 5/5.
