These are a great size stainless steel containers for snacks for adults or meals for children. Especially because they are much lighter than glass and won't break, they would make great lunch containers for anyone. They also seem to be durable and have been holding up well in my dishwasher - I love that I can just throw them into the dishwasher after using because the cleanup is much easier that way. The colorful lids are nice and I feel that they seal well in the container, making them leak proof. Most of all, I am really happy that I don't have to worry about putting freshly cooked hot food directly into the container unlike plastic containers, so I would recommend it for health reasons too. I’m trying to move away from plastic touching my food. It’s an uphill battle, for sure, but I make progress where I can. These stainless steel containers are perfect for packing lunches to work. Glass is too dangerous, and too heavy, to travel with. Stainless steel is a much better option! Granted, these can’t go in a microwave, but other than that, they are perfect for my needs.
