I've been an Always pad user and was very happy to discover these foam pads. Will never use anything else - they pull all blood away from you; keep you dry, shaking absolutely everything. You won't even believe how much until you change them. The biggest advantage- I don't breakout down there. The gel pads I needed to replace every two to three hours.
