So happy with this purchase. The adjustability is very easy. The size is perfect in the weight is just enough. It feels very durable and sticks to my wall without moving an inch. My bathtub is 50 inches and I picked the right size for it but it was awesome that comes with extra poles inserts if I wanted to go up to a bigger sizes if needed. I am 82 years old and have probably had about 20 or more shower curtain rods and some were better than others but this one is ABSOLUTELY the worst. Not difficult to put together but one my shower rod needed to be very long just because that is how the different rod parts had to be farther apart on the two rods that made the rod adjustable. I tightened the rod with the curtain in place. I noticed that the rod moved up and down about a half inch but I took the shower anyway. When I moved the curtain back to exit the shower, it fell down. I replaced it between the shower walls and tightened the wet curtain which I had to remove from the floor. Then I took the adjustable part of the rod and tightened it in place with the help of my son and he noticed the wiggly in the rod when it was totally in place. The next morning shower was a repeat of yesterday's shower. I got in, closed the curtain and again noticed the there was a wiggle in the rod. I finished the shower, turned off the water and opened the curtain and it again fell down again!! My son told me that the inside rod in the adjustable part of the rod is too small for the larger outside rod and will NEVER be stable with the inside rod the way it is. He said there is no fix unless I don't move the curtain. YEH RIGHT!! Over the years I have bought a lot of Amazon merchandise and have had to return only a few purchases.
