I use this product for several reasons but mostly for arthritic joint pain. I chose it because when you are using collagen for medical issues it's important the kind of collagen you're getting. The two most important are Type one and and 2 but this formula has type 3 as well. I switched to this from a powdered collagen drink mix For economic reasons this bottle of capsules will go much further than a jar of the powdered mix. Read more
