I got the white Amazon Basics towel set of 6, and these are, bar none, the best towel for the buck, and much better than many towels found at Kohl's, Walmart, Target, etc. They are the perfect weight, not too bulky, not too skinny, not a bath "sheet", they are sturdy, and fluffy. These are nice and thick, and feel like hotel towels. I really do not like those puffed-up soft kind that feel like you're drying with a cloud, I want to feel like I'm getting dry with my towel. Like the ones in a hotel that have been in very hot water and tumbled dry a few times. They are extra long and my husband commented, (he never comments) so I fingered he really liked them. Read more

These are great towels. We bought them for use as hair towels and pet towels, and chose this brand over another because they were on sale. They did have to be washed twice before they stopped throwing a great deal of lint, as others have stated, but this is perfectly normal for cotton towels. They are thick, soft, fluffy towels and definitely worth the purchase at the price we paid, though I can't say I'd repurchase at the significantly higher price they are right now; $8+ more than we paid which is a higher price than the competing brand we skipped for these for (or $12 if we would have purchased them on subscription which is no longer being offered.) I thought I would be getting some regular old gym towels. Wrong! These things are so thick and nice I feel guilty drying off with them. Be sure to wash before using. For as thick as they are they dry pretty fast. Buy these. You'll like them! Thanks Amazon Basics! Read more
