People don’t how things work and are bashing this for no reason. The motion sensor triggers a true Alexa action that you can have your own routine listen for and then do any action such as turning on/off these or any other Alexa enabled plus. Other people are complaining it is too big for a socket, but it is also a monitor sensor and a night light, so obviously it will be bigger. The have the plug part offset so it only covers 1/2 of your wall plug Only gave it a 4 because it would be nice if they sold this without the sockets. Can’t figure out where I would have a motion sensor nightlight and also need some Alexa controlled plugs right there too Read more

Motion sensing didn't work for me.

Bought this for the motion sensing feature. I needed motion sensing for my workshop lights. The description of the motion sensing function was vague to non-existent. I didn't need all the Alexa functionality; all I wanted was for the device to activate one of the plugs when motion was sensed. I connected it to Alexa and did the steps in the Alex app to set up motion sensing. It simply didn't work. Very possible that if I figured it out, I would have been able to make it work but it shouldn't be that hard. Device is overcomplicated and underdefined. Returned. Read more
