It's good product sturdy, delivered on time
These are the bands my physical therapist is using, and I really like them. Each color is a different level of resistance and makes it easy to grab the right one when I'm working out. Read more
If you are looking for different sized bands, these are not the ones for you!

Doesn't work
These bands are so small by the time you place the band above your knees it's so rolled up that it ends up being a half inch wide. It ends up a stiff piece of material and then you can't do the exercise you wanted to do. If I could give less than a star I would. Read more
Best Value Resistance Bands
As with all amazon products this came nicely packaged. The 3 bands are vibrantly colored. They feel strong and allow for a good grip. They come in a small black nylon drawstring bag with small and simple "amazonbasics" branding. Bought as a gift for my teen daughter who does cheer. Great for keeping her limber in the off-season. Really not the best
They roll up extremely easily and I found myself spending more time unraveling them then actually getting to workout. Once I got them to stay they were good and the levels of resistance are good. I’m a relatively petite woman and it was a little difficult to get both of my legs through. Read more
