Doesn't work
These bands are so small by the time you place the band above your knees it's so rolled up that it ends up being a half inch wide. It ends up a stiff piece of material and then you can't do the exercise you wanted to do. If I could give less than a star I would. Read more

As with all amazon products this came nicely packaged. The 3 bands are vibrantly colored. They feel strong and allow for a good grip. They come in a small black nylon drawstring bag with small and simple "amazonbasics" branding. Bought as a gift for my teen daughter who does cheer. Great for keeping her limber in the off-season. Really not the best
They roll up extremely easily and I found myself spending more time unraveling them then actually getting to workout. Once I got them to stay they were good and the levels of resistance are good. I’m a relatively petite woman and it was a little difficult to get both of my legs through. Read more
