I just received these today. I am writing this review now because I had ordered one in 2012. I have used this for everything and it is just now showing sings that I need to replace it. Cookies and other foods clean off quickly , no need for soaking or scrubbing. If you don’t like cleaning crumbs and drips from your oven use this for cookies and things that drip. I have used these several times, and they are great every single time. I normally fill the smaller circle and then hit a table to disperse into the bigger circle. They don't stick and are extremely easy to clean. They are not thick, so they are easy to roll up and store. Measurements are accurate and color is just like the pictures. I love silicone cooking mats.
