low cost way to keep your butt clean. We have a water shortage and everyone wants to squirt their behinds clean. Oh well. To each their own. I like the softness and the usually clean perforations so you don't rip in the middle of sheets. Read more

I wasn't sure what to expect. It's hard enough buying TP when it's right in front of you in the store. This turned out to be really close to the WM Great Value Premium Ultra Strong red labeled brand. It's a little bit lighter, but not by much, and it's still very soft. Have you ever been looking to by TP in the store, and every single cardboard roller inside every roll in every package is crushed and instead of being cirular, they're like thin pointed ovals, and no matter how hard you try to squeeze them into something at least resembles a circle, the roll stil goes gadunk gadunk gadunk gadunk gadunk gadunk as you're pulling the paper off the roll? The rolls inside these packages are thicker and stronger, and they'll still be round when you get them. The cats will love it I tell ya! The cats will love it! Anyway, enough about that... I'll probably continue buying it. I can't think of any reason why I shouldn't. It's every bit as strong, but it's every bit as soft. One thing I did notice as soon as I opened the first package of six, but it isn't a deal breaker, is that it has a strange scent. I've noticed it before on other items that I've purchased in the not too distant past, specifically on items that are designed to be put away when not in use in their original semi rigid foam inserts with cutouts that outline how, where, and in what position they're supposed to be put away, one of which being a set of darts, another being a pen and mechanical pencil set, and yet another being for a set of earbuds. I can't figure out what it is, but it isn't anything offensive. It's just there, and the only common denominator being those foam inserts, probably because they may have been recycled material. I guess? Read more

These are called Ultra. I wouldn't go that far as far as quality, think regular Angel soft. These are ok soft and ok thickness, and should be fine for septic systems, as they are thin enough. The price is good, and I ordered these at the end of the month when money was tight. I think this is decent toilet paper for those looking to save money. I don't think this is premium toilet paper, but a good budget one. Read more

Amazon Basics Soft and Strong 2-Ply Toilet Paper Review The Amazon Basics Soft and Strong 2-Ply Toilet Paper, sold here in the 6 Ultra Rolls (equivalent to 24 Regular Rolls) format, attempts to strike a balance between value and quality. While it delivers on strength and core functionality, the "soft" claim is debatable. This toilet paper features a two-ply construction, which is a noticeable improvement over standard single-ply options. It is strong and holds up well in use, preventing tearing or breakdown. In this regard, it certainly gets the job done reliably. However, users accustomed to premium or truly soft toilet paper brands may find the texture disappointing. The material feels surprisingly harsh—almost like a low-grade paper towel. While it is demonstrably better than true one-ply paper, the rough texture detracts significantly from the comfort. Overall Assessment: This product is an "okay" choice. It is a functional and strong toilet paper that offers decent value, especially for those prioritizing durability over luxurious softness. It will certainly perform its necessary duty, but do not expect a pampering experience. If softness is your primary concern, you may want to explore other options. Feature Rating Notes Softness 2/5 Feels harsh, closer to a paper towel texture. Strength 4/5 Very strong, resists tearing effectively. Absorbency 3/5 Adequate, but not exceptional. Value 3.5/5 Good value for the durability provided. Overall 3/5 Functional and strong, but lacks comfort. Read more
