Probably about three mils thick which works well with a tape dispenser. Anything thicker than this does not dispense as well. I live in a wet environment, the Deep South where the humidity is always around 95%. We are practically underwater, I know. Unless I use a flat spudger or plastic spreader to grind the tape against the cardboard then this just does not stick. It will curl off practically immediately. Once it’s stuck it will stay stuck. One benefit was that all of the rolls were consistent. None torn in the middle of the roll like other cheap tape I have used. Did not leach or bleed into the cardboard like other cheap tape. Can more or less remove cleanly from a hard surface. They say “Basic”. What they mean is it basically does not stick as well as more expensive tape otherwise it’s really about the same as anything 3M makes. Maybe this is 3M seconds. Not as weak as frisket film but along those same lines. The smoother the cardboard, the less it will adhere. Read more

Wow this is a lot of tape lol. Works great in my tape gun. Had a little trouble with it rolling back into the gun. Then to make it easier to use i just pull out a little more tape works great. Super strong Read more

This tape is great for the price, just make sure you run over it with your hand and seal it, or it will lift easily. I have shipped a lot of packages, and it even sticks in super cold weather. Read more
