I recently had to have a urostomy placed due to bladder cancer. This has made it difficult to find an undergarment that I can wear that protects my skin and also doesn't add too much pressure on my ostomy pouch. I bought this 5-pack of Amazon Essentials Men's Cotton Jersey Boxers Briefs hoping that they would give me both flexibility and stability. These are available in Big & Tall sizes. With my ostomy, I have to plan for a little extra room. These have been amazing. The cotton material is flexible yet also helps me protect my skin and secure the ostomy without adding too much pressure to it. The fabric is super soft and feels very comfortable. The sizing was perfect. While I'm not too concerned about appearance, these also look amazing. I've tried other boxers and the waistband has been too tight or added pressure in my abdominal area. These simply don't. They're amazingly comfortable and I've noticed the skin around my ostomy still looks healthy. These are exactly what I needed. These are high quality and yet also a good value.
