We got the 34" men Amazon Essential belt for my husband. First, he has had a 32 inch waist forever. He wears pants that are 32 inches and has had them for years, so we are sure my husband;s waist has neither changed nor is he a "will say I am a 32 when I am a 36". That being said, he can only wear this belt (a 34) on the second to last hole from the end, so we really needed to 36 inch for his to have more belt options (unless you want it right at the end of the belt). Also, when we laid it out, and felt it, it is not cut straight. One side of the leather is tight and the other side it loose. I am not sure how it can be sut wrong with the grain the way it looks, but you can see in the pictures it when it is laid out straight, it is not straight. When he is wearing it, it looks very nice. It does fit through his jeans loops perfectly and is easy to buckle and unbuckle. The leather looks fine for what you are buying and it is as I would expect it to be. After two days of use it is already indented where it is buckling. It is an economical belt that is functional, looks nice on and fits in the pant loops. If you get this, I suggest going up by two sizes and just understand you get what you are paying for, this is a good economical every-day belt. Read more

This is a decent quality belt and is genuine leather. I do like the double prongs over a single one, and even though this is advertised as a men's belt, this could totally be used as a women's belt just the same. You definitely cant go wrong in buying this, especially with the great price. Its a good value for a decent quality belt! Read more
