I use them as dresses in the summer so I get them big for me. I got 6x and they are worth it. If you need it as a shirt, no shame, they’ll hold up and are pretty decent. The size is accurate. It was very soft and didn’t shrink in the washer. Also a lot of air flow so not heavy. I want to wear it for the rest of my life. I am 5’6” and 230 lbs for reference.
