Quality shirt. Would buy again. Read more
I bought this shirt earlier and got an XL. It came and it fit perfectly. Couldn't believe it, but then I wondered what it would look like after one washing. It shrank. Not so bad that I couldn't wear it, but it no longer looked "perfect" and I I don't dare put on 5 pounds. But I liked the shirt overall, so I went back and ordered another, this time an XXL. It came, I tried it on and while it worked, it was slightly larger than I wanted. Instead of returning it, I washed it, and like the first, it shrunk, but it shrunk to a size that looked good and was comfortable. Lesson: you might want to go one size larger than you would ordinarily get, wear it to see how it fits, and if it seems too large, wash it and see if it makes a difference. The first shirt I would give 4 stars because shrinkage took away from it, but I'd give the second 5 stars because even more so after washing, the fit was very nice. Read more
Nice shirt, especially for the price. You will need to iron it to get the wrinkles out, as I have a professional steamer, and it still looks unfinished even when using it. If you iron and starch it, it will look very nice, and it does not wrinkle as badly as I thought it would. The fit is perfect, and the softness, color, and feel are nice as well. This shirt can go from casual to dress right out of the closet (ironed, of course). Read more
By Oxford shirt, it reminds me of those traditional Ralph Lauren shirts. Medium thickness, not silky smooth and thin, for the fabric. It's definitely not wrinkle-free. The tag says 100% cotton (which I like) and made in Vietnam. I wear 15.5 x 33 shirts. This size M fits me perfectly. It's slim cut as described, which makes it look less baggy. It's actually for my son for his prom. He usually wears the same shirt size as me. However, since he is more muscular, the neck, shoulder and chest areas are a little tight. I highly recommend this inexpensive and decent shirt. Read more
I like Amazon Essential products theyβre just as good as any other brand out there. I love the quality & feel of the shirt. Itβs not thin & flimsy, itβs robust & durable. If youβre looking for a uniform shirt that will stand up to multiple washes, is easy to maintain & durable, look no further. It fits as expected my son is 15 & 6β1β so itβs hard finding clothes to fit him because heβs tall & thin but I never had a problem with these shirts they fit him perfectly. It can also be worn as a dress shirt the quality of the shirt is that good. Hope this helps you out making a decision. Read more
Let's start with the positives. The quality of the cloth is great, it's a heavier cotton, but feels soft and durable. The overall slim fit cut was great too. The shoulders were a tiny bit too boxy for me personally, but I didn't wash it to see if the shirt would shrink and solve that issue. The problem with this shirt is that it doesn't get the details right. It's almost like they just took a regular shirt and decided to produce it in a slim fit instead, without tweaking anything else. It's slightly too long to be left untucked, and for a cloth this heavy, it's not really something that you would really want to wear tucked in. I also find it weird that a slim fit shirt would have a box pleat on the back, since the whole point of a slim fit shirt is for a cleaner look on a trimmer guy. Finally, I like the button-down collar, but would consider hiding the buttons on the back of the collar so that you get a cleaner look. Unfortunately, these misses on the details make this shirt seem outdated. Other than the slim cut, it reminds me of something you might see from the 1990s, along with double pleated chinos. Overall, doesn't seem like a good match for a younger, more stylish demographic that might want to wear a slim fit cut. Despite the great price, I'm definitely returning this one. Read more
These shirts are beyond what I expected. Theyβre thicker than I thought but not being too heavy. They wear well and they also wash up very well in permanent press and I dry them on permanent press also. No problem with wrinkles. I just take them out of the dryer and hang them up and they look great. Read more
Nice, but not what I expected. I've had many oxford shirts over the years. If this shirt is truly made of oxford cloth, it's the heaviest I've ever owned. It's too heavy for summer wear in Houston area. However, it's a very nice casual long sleeve shirt, and an excellent value. The medium fit is great. I'm 5'8", 160#. In some of the pictures poor lighting makes the shirt look gray. The shirt is actually navy blue (you can see that clearly in two of the pictures) Read more
