It’s not the world’s most comfortable bra right out of the box but few are before they’re broken in a little. Overall I like the way it fits and find it to be flattering. It’s better quality than I thought it would be but it’s by no means great - the straps have wonky plastic components that make it look cheap. I got a 36D and was surprised that it had a two hook closure instead of three hook. I think a three hook closure would have improved the fit and comfort. I’m sure at some point the underwire will pop through - the material it is sewn into is kind of thin. I’m just going to expect it and be prepared to reinforce it with moleskin. These bras are a good option if you need an inexpensive bra that is flattering - you may want to use a bra extender while you break it in. Read more

The fit is perfect every time. I've been buying the Amazon Essential bras over the past few years. They vary from year to year depending on who is actually making them but I find the sizing is consistent and so is the overall look. They look nice under a close fitting t-shirt, and work quite well under everything else. BUT The last ones I bought, (the two pictured here) the shoulder straps want to slip down a lot but I'll figure out something to rectify it. SINCE the positive part of this review I have ordered this bra two more times and each one fit a solid size under mine (34). If I sized up I'd need my breasts to hang out under my arms the cups are so far apart. DON'T BOTHER Read more

I had a really positive first impression of this bra since 38A is such a rare size and the cups did fit well, but over the day wearing it the band is a structurally ineffective. It doesn’t stay well, rides up like crazy, and is flimsy. The back is also narrow and creates a really unflattering fat pinch that I don’t get with any other bras. Had to return it. Read more
