So far, Amazon Essentials has been my go-to for basics. I am 5'6", 140lbs and ordered a size small, which is my usual size for tops. This cotton crew t-shirt is no different. It has a crew neckline and a boxy fit, which was exactly what I was after. Very comfortable, some slight stretch, but not too much. It doesn't cling to me or anything. I washed them on cold for my first use, and hung them to dry; they did not shrink. That's how I typically treat all my clothes when wearing them for the first time. Note that the classic fit and regular fit t-shirts are two different styles. If you want a really stretchy, more form-fitting version, I would go for the classic fit. If you want a more standard t-shirt fit with a bit of boxiness, then the regular fit (this version) is better for that. Read more

I have found these to be the perfect tee.,Can wear alone. Or it works well under a blazer or jacket. Very little shrinkage very in style right now it is not see-through and has a nice fit.. Read more

Both the black and white shirts are completely see through. They are uncomfortably thin and not like cotton at all, although the label says they are. Before washing, they are too short to tuck in so I can’t imagine how much they shrink. They do not match the style of the picture and are an odd shape as they are wider at the bottom. I ordered small, according to the size chart, that should have been a size too big. Read more
