I initially ordered two different colors in small because Amazon recommended I choose the small. The small was really a large, even for a relaxed fit. I returned them and ordered an extra small. That is still very very relaxed and almost too large. probably the equivalent of a medium, but I’m keeping it because I like that it hits just right for me, at the hip bone and the quality is very good. I purchased the coffee in 2XL. It is true to size, it does not swallow the frame and it is so soft. I like that I have room to wear it with a top or a tank underneath comfortably. The neckline is low but it does not make the sweater look frumpy when all three buttons are done up. Jeans, skirts, slacks all good. The weave is a nice tight weave with a nice weight. I have three other Amazon sweaters and the quality after washing has never been an issue- all 100% cotton. I genuinely love the sweater so much after trying it on, I immediately purchased the tan.
