This was perfect for an elementary/middle school graduation as a guest. Flowy, not tight, long, and appropriate for a school setting. The material is thick, heavy, and stretchy. Overall, this is a nice dress. The color is what I expected, and the fit is just right. It is a well-made dress that should hold up through washings. One issue: The material. It is on the thin side but fortunately, not see-thru. It is SUPER SOFT. I would almost rather this be a nightgown rather than a dress. The fabric is TOO SOFT. You can see every dimple and crease. I'm not one for body shaping garments anymore, but if you have dimples, creases, scars - heck, you can probably see stretch marks - it's probably a good idea to wear them if you're overly sensitive to such things like I am. I bought several colors to use as a layering piece. Fabric is soft and thin. I wear this with something longer like a sweater, shawl or vest over it. I would not wear this without a slip because in the light you can see though it. Can’t beat the price. The dress grows as you wear it and I found myself tripping over the hem. With heels I’m 5’9 or taller and the dress was dragging on the ground I bought the Xl. If I don’t hem it I’ll wear it as a nightgown because it is that comfortable! Read more
This dress is great for summer. It's soft and comfortable. The fabric is of nice quality. It fits and feels so nice. The length is perfect for me, and does not hit the ground. I'm 5'8". It looks nice on and does not cling to me. I bought to wear to Las Vegas this summer where I know it will be 100+ degrees. Read more
I suppose I could wear this as a dress, but I actually got it to wear as a nightgown. It’s hard for me to find long enough nighties! This dress comes to my ankles (I am 5’10”) and I like how stretchy it is when I sleep in it. When I get up and have not dressed yet, I can feel confident that if I had to answer the door, it is opaque enough that I could do that without having to find a robe first. It’s easy to take care of.
