The lace is soft and stretchy, not scratchy at all, and the design looks much more expensive than it is. The material is breathable and not too thin, very well made. It has that timeless lace look, but with everyday comfort. The waistband doesn’t dig in, and the thong stays in place without riding up, which is a huge win. I agree they run slightly big, but not by a lot. I’m 155 and 5’6”. The medium was probably a better choice but I wear and love the large. Soft lace thongs. A size large would fit a size 7, in my judgment. These are unexpectedly soft and not to “lacy” feeling, quite comfortable. They do stretch but not overly, as to stretch out in the washer, so they hold their shape well. These thongs have a nice sized cotton panel in the crotch, so breathable.
