Birth control tricks your body into thinking it’s pregnant, and as a result, I’ve got a protruding, rounded-belly. Gasp. Review: Media likes to showcase girls with 0% body fat and I’d say that’s a very dumb standard for the average woman to follow. Every woman is different and your body has its own story to tell. Your body type is YOUR body type, don’t let the media make you feel ashamed for not being a size 0. It is an unrealistic standard-no offense to any naturally thin ladies out there, everyone has a different metabolism/different story. But that doesn’t mean you can’t find clothing that flatters your unique shape! I for one hate clothes that stick to my skin! I like loose fitting clothes such as this shirt cause it’s easier to walk/run around, bend over, and reach up high. I don’t like “baggy clothing” that doesn’t flatter my shape at all. The shirt is good quality, I don’t have to worry about exposing some skin, and it’s tight and loose where it needs to be and gives me a nice, modest, feminine appearance. I got the color in Heather-gray as I do not like bright-colored clothing due to my introverted personality. The fabric is lightweight, stretchy, and comfy. I wouldn’t buy lighter colors as I can see there might be the problem of it being see-thru but one could fix that by wearing an under-shirt. After seeing how this one fits on me I will definitely be buying a couple more to complete my wardrobe for 2020. Read more

I love these t shirts. They are just a little dressier than a plain t, but are still super comfortable. The neck is not too tight, but still stays put. The extra coverage in back is just right. The cuffs don't need extra attention to stay smooth and presentable. I've washed my older ones a LOT and they still look good. Read more

I exercise nearly every day. This is a really nice shirt for exercising. have purchased this shirt in about six different colors. The soft pink color is my favorite. I’m middle aged and I like roomy shirts to hide bumps and bulges but don’t show cleavage when I’m bending over. This shirt meets all my requirements. It’s soft, light, loose-fitting, and very comfy. Comfortable, loose fit. Thin and see-through but I use these for working out. The arms sit funny but I've gotten used to the awkward seams now. My biggest issue is how badly they pill. I wouldn't dry these just to try to get more longevity. The gray and burgundy look horrible and old from with pilling now, but I haven't worn or washed them a lot. I hemmed and hawed after reading several reviews about the sizing of these. Given Amazon's generous "free returns", I ordered my usual size and hoped for the best. I am 5'4", 130lbs. I typically wear a M because I don't like things skin tight. I ordered these specifically for wearing around the house, so I especially didn't want them to fit snug. The M fits me perfectly. They hang nicely, and even though they aren't fitted, they are very flattering and are not tent-like at all. The length hits right below my hip bones, which allows nice coverage without being too much like a tunic. The fabric is soft and comfortable. It's jersey like, but has a matte finish unlike most typical athletic tops that have a slight sheen to them. I've ordered more in other colors! Read more

Great shirt! It's long enough to wear with leggings. I'm 5'1" and 195 lbs. I ordered the XL and it fits great. I prefer a looser fitting shirt. The material is super soft and it has cuffed sleeves (about 1/2 inch) which I didn't actually notice when I ordered but it adds some style. I like the form of the shirt as it is slightly longer in the back than the front. I bought white so I could tie-dye it, and it took the dye great! I bought this on a prime day sale and thought it would be a bargain for a summer shirt. It fit comfortably, but be aware of that the hem is tunic length except at the sides where it pulls up just below the hip (I'm 5'9" with a short torso and long legs). The fabric felt nice, but it is very, very thin and fairly clingy. I bought it in white and had to wear a cami under it. I'm 5'9 and about a 1x and the XXL fit well--I imagine it would be a closer fit on someone more in the 14-16 range. However, whatever good came of buying it for less than $10 and having a fabric that felt good on the body was entirely negated after I wore it for 4 hours one day and realized that the front of the shirt had pilled badly. I've never seen this happen, except maybe where fabric rubs on other fabric; in this case, it was on the front of the t-shirt, where there was no rubbing whatsoever. I didn't try this on until after the 30 day period for return had expired. Frustrating. Recommend STAYING AWAY from this item. Amazon Basics are really hit or miss; this one is inherently defective, and an UTTER miss, and, needless to say, has zero value for money. Read more
