The last bag I had bought from Amazon had a bad taste to the brussels, I understand it is not Amazon fault, but who ever it was most certainly didn't check thos brussels out very well, they all had brown on them, clearly they were already bad when they were package at their farm. Either someone made a big mistake and package them up instead to tossing them into the compost heap where they should of went in the first place. We were very disappointed with the last bag of Brussel Sprouts we bought. Not sure if I'll chance it or not to buy again. All the others in the past were GREAT tasting, just not this last purchased. So my husband loves these, but this type of vegetable is not one I can easily cook, and doing it right has been a challenge. I often can't get them just right (either overcooked or too hard because I didn't cook them enough). I got this package, and it is now the best way I've found to make them. I put them frozen in the air fryer with a bit of olive oil, salt, and garlic, and they are surprisingly good; my cooking problem is resolved.
