I purchased this sofa bed from Amazon and wanted to share my honest experience. First, I want to say that as a sofa, it is actually quite good. It looks nice, feels comfortable for sitting, and overall I was satisfied with that part. However, the main issue is the bed function. Unfortunately, the mattress is very uncomfortable for sleeping. There is a noticeable hard ridge or line in the middle, which feels like it divides your body in two. Because of this, I wake up many times during the night, and it causes back pain. I was really hoping for a comfortable sleeping experience, but this product does not meet expectations as a bed. If you are planning to use it frequently for sleeping, I would not recommend it. This sectional is huge and very spacious—exactly what I needed. It’s large enough for multiple people to sit comfortably, and you can easily stretch out or lay down without feeling cramped. I’ve even taken naps on it and slept like a baby. The cushions are a nice balance too—not super firm but not overly soft either. I also noticed this same sectional on other retail websites, but Amazon had the best price by far, which made it an even better purchase. The couch comes in three boxes. One arrived first, and the other two came the very next day. The boxes are heavy, but I was able to push them into my apartment by myself without needing help. Now for the cons: putting this sectional together was very difficult. I actually had tears at one point and had to give myself time to work on it over three days. A video tutorial would be extremely helpful because the instructions alone make it tough to understand the process. The hardest part is installing the pull-out bed. The parts don’t always align easily, so you have to do some squeezing and adjusting to get everything to line up correctly. You will likely need a second person to help—this is coming from someone who usually assembles furniture alone. The mattress is also super thin. The product is true to size and fits perfectly in my home. Directions were a little hard to follow due to odd labeling, but it's not rocket science to figure out. Just be prepared for FedEx to not like how heavy it is. Read more
