I purchased this for use in my med spa while injecting. Brand-new batteries were installed, and to date, neither has worked. Questioning myself, I had a friend also try to get them to work. Neither my Doctoral degree nor her Master's degree (separate or combined) could get these things to work. The unfortunate thing is that I had already discarded the box, thinking that they were simple enough to use. Wasted a few dollars on these duds. Update: so I decided to try AA batteries out of curiosity and bingo! For context, the devices come with AAA batteries included. I was so excited to get this because I heard great things about it from a friend. They are a pretty gold and seems to be good quality. My friend asked why my face looks so good and I told her I bought one! So I have seen visible results, doing this every night for almost 3 weeks. The only thing that makes me kind of sad is I feel like I just bought this item and the face roller has already stopped working, which is why I am making a review and giving only 3 stars. I tried putting in a different battery, twisting very slowly, etc to fix it but it has just stopped working. If it didn't stop working so soon I would definitely give 5 stars! Edit: changed from 3 stars to 5 stars. I realized after looking through many other reviews, that when twisted the wrong way, it appears to not be working. The two twisting pieces at the bottom were stuck together so they were both twisting. But I got it work after realizing that. It still works super well months later, very happy with this purchase!
