Inserts don’t last, but totally waterproof

Renee PooleDecember 18, 2025

The sole inserts came out almost immediately, and crumpled to bits, which means I’m walking with no cushion under my feet unless I put my own inserts in there. Totally waterproof though, so that’s a plus Read more

Practical not stylish, fit perfect half size down

Mila S.October 23, 2025

I have noticed Amazon sending orders, especially shoes unboxed. Perhaps sellers are making efforts to reduce waste. I appreciate this if that is the case. These boots arrived in a plastic bag (packed in a box filled with other items). I ordered these boots a half size down from my usual 5.5. after reading reviews lamenting on how small these are. Pleasantly, the 5 fit perfectly. Although, with thin socks, it felt a bit snug. I liked the adjustable feature at the top. It’s great for keeping water out in addition to providing warmth come colder temperatures. But, these shoes are on the thin side. The material is similar to an umbrella fabric. There isn’t much cushion on the soles. On a positive note, this will reduce fatigue when wading in water or mud. Oh, one thing I did notice were markings on one of the boots. This will not affect performance but made me wonder if these boots were returns. In conclusion, these are practical boots without the styling of brands like Hunter. Decently priced at 26 bucks, they fulfill a need. Read more

Wish they fit

Nate RunkelOctober 8, 2025

I wish I could offer a better review of these. But there is no world where these are a size nine. My wife couldn’t even struggle them on as they are just too tight and tiny. So be warned if you order these to maybe go up two whole sizes. It’s a shame because they feel very durable and like they would look sleek when worn. So even though we were highly disappointed, I still couldn’t give it a one star. Read more

Truly waterproof but they run small

Florida FunOctober 9, 2025

These are impressively lightweight. I ran a test to ensure that these will keep my feet dry. Since we haven't had rain recently, I filled my laundry tub with water, placed a couple of bottles of water in each boot to weigh them down, and submerged them up to the ankle in water and left them that way for an hour. I had placed a paper towel in the toll of each boot to see if any water seeped in. I was thrilled to learn that these are truly waterproof. Not one drop of water reached the insole. These boots also sell a problem I have had with previous rain boots in which the rainwater enters the top of the boot because it bags away from my calf. The drawstring on these boots allows me to adjust for a tight seal so I won't have that problem again. One word of caution, these run small. I ordered a size 9 (40). I normally wear a size 8.5 and thought I was being safe enough by ordering half a size larger. My toe is right at the end of the boot and I will have to be very careful how thick of a sock I wear in them. Read more

Weird sizing, but good construction overall

PeachOctober 28, 2025

While the rubber is on the thin side, these rain boots do look pretty well made. The design is pretty nice, and I didnt have issues with it being very smelly right out of the packaging, which I appreciate since that is a common thing I have seen with most shoes from online shopping. They're pretty easy to slip on, though the sizing appears to be off by a noticeable amount. Despite that, it will still work well in a pinch. Read more

Smelly, tiny garden boots

OwlkOctober 25, 2025

There’s no way the size on these are accurate. I wear a women’s 10 in pretty much every shoe there is and so I ordered a 10 in these and they are snug, like toe rubbing in the very front snug…you definitely need to size up if you order these. They also don’t fit beyond a slouch boot on my calves so if you have bigger legs, don’t get these either. When I ordered them, there was nothing stated about not for wide calves but now I see the listing has it in big capital letters…definitely believe them. These also have a very strong chemical smell to them, hate to say but the smell of a new cheap adult silicone toy…it’s so strong and I can even smell it when I walk by them in the garage and they’ve been in there for over a month. I can’t recommend these because I can’t wear them to give them an honest review for comfort or use but based off what I can do with them, I’d say keep looking for the much better options out there. I love all Amoji shoes!

2rememSeptember 22, 2025

I own/ have owned quite a few Amoji clogs. They are both mine and my sister's go to. I have a few different styles but the gardening clogs are phenomenal. We wear them all day every day on our farm. So when I saw the rain boots I jumped to try them especially as I spend a lot of time in the rain and always end up with my pants soaked and inside my boots wet as the rain drains off rain coat directly in my boots. My rain coats hit just about boot tops so it all runs directly into my boots. Short legs, long rain coat. For years I've been searching for a combination that'll keep me dry to no avail. These Amoji rain boots do come up to my knees and for sure will keep my dry. They were a bit hard to get over my calves but mine are not slender so that can be the reason. Once on, they stayed up even without tightening the drawstring on top. They are super flexible as described. There is a light foam padded sole which felt nice. I could see wearing them to feed the chickens and ducks but not large animals nor really to do chores besides take the trash cans down our long driveway as the soles are quite thin and I could feel rocks under my feet. These would be absolutely incredible if they put on a good sole. They are still fantastic for those that walk a lot in the city in the rain. They will keep you dry and easily fold up to fit in a backpack or tote taking up minimal space. Great for traveling also as they are lightweight. I still give them 5 stars as what they are and the possible uses are fitting for the boots. I just wanted ones for more heavy usage exactly like these with a more robust sole. Read more
