Gorgeous mugs! Everything came packaged perfectly. However, the only problem was, that upon delivery, the outer Amazon package was noticeably ripped open from the side, and the inside package with the mugs was also opened. It seemed as if someone was searching for something valuable. Other than that, none of the mugs arrived broken, cracked, or defected, and they are just as pretty in person as in the photos! They have a great weight to them, they're dishwasher and microwave safe, and it's a great value for such a pretty set! It would be amazing if they would make large serving bowls and platters to match this style! Very happy with my purchase! Read more
These are beautiful, high quality mugs. All of the dishes I have gotten from AmorArc are (also got 2 sets of plates and a set of pasta bowls). The mugs do a good job of maintaining temperature of hot drinks. Comfortable handle. One mug out of the six came with a small chip. I believe it happened accidentally during the packaging process not transit because they were very securely packed as everything I have received from this company has been, and the chipped off piece was not located inside the package. This company has amazing customer service. When I contacted them about the issue, they were so helpful, and more than rectified the problem. Highly recommend both this company and their products.
