My order was short of 20 tubes. UPDATE: The same day that the original order #1 was delivered, I contacted Customer Service. I did report that 20 lip gloss tubes were missing. I bought these for my business and I love the look of them, however, the batch I got is completely defective after putting in the stopper. The top part cracked and broke which makes it unable to use or sell. This happened to every single one I tried which led to me having to redo each lip gloss into different containers. I really like the top and how much gloss you can fit into the container, but the cracking and breaking is a huge let down. Read more
